Pilates 4 Attention + Mindfulness (10-13 Years)
In Person. This pilates class emphasizes the profound connection between the mind and the body. It acknowledges that mental and emotional well-being is closely intertwined with physical health and functioning. Participants will develop core strength and stability, body awareness, and tools for self-regulation. This class is open for those with ADHD, attention issues, mild sensory issues, executive functioning deficits, and/or anxiety, although no formal diagnosis is necessary.
