Fitness
The JCC offers specialty fitness classes geared toward tweens and teens. Our classes are taught by experienced instructors and support a healthy lifestyle and boost self-esteem.
Personal Training
Personal training in small groups or one-on-one is offered for tweens and teens. Those interested in private training can purchase a half-hour or one-hour tweens or teens personal training package.
Swimming
If you’re interested in swimming at the JCC, there are several options. We offer swim classes through age 14 or private swim lessons.
