The JCC offers specialty fitness classes geared toward tweens and teens. Our classes are taught by experienced instructors and support a healthy lifestyle and boost self-esteem.

Teen Members enjoy amazing benefits including full access to our state-of-the art fitness center, pools, basketball courts, pickleball games, group exercise classes, wellness programs on stress resilience, and more. Tween + Teen Personal Training offers customized guidance to boost fitness knowledge, comfort, and achieve age-appropriate goals with certified JCC Personal Trainers who specialize in working with youth. Your tween/teen can train independently, with a friend, or in a small group, and will learn how to safely use fitness equipment, weight training techniques, gym etiquette, and strength and conditioning exercises while gaining self-confidence and healthy habits. Personal training in small groups or one-on-one is offered for tweens and teens. Those interested in private training can purchase a half-hour or one-hour tweens or teens personal training package.
If you’re interested in swimming at the JCC, there are several options. We offer swim classes through age 14 or private swim lessons.
