In Person. A walker should be an aid to independence—a device to give us confidence and keep us safe. Learn how to correctly position yourself to avoid pain and pitfalls, as well as to reinforce appropriate pain-free posture and increase your upper and lower limb strength. If we practice what we learn, maybe we can even become walker-less.
