In Person.  Join the JCC Ceramics Studio for an exciting workshop on crafting multi-part tea cups using the wheel-throwing technique. Participants will create a 4-part set including  a mug, saucer, tea infuser, and lid with interchangeable elements for practicality. Dive into throwing, trimming, and glazing with options of three clay bodies and over 20 glazes. Work made by participants will be ready for pick up 1-2 weeks after the workshop.

Participants should be well-versed in wheel throwing; and be able to center clay and throw small forms.
The workshop will be taught by our Mixed-level Wheel throwing teacher, Amy Schnitzer, and includes three; 3-hour sessions on Thursdays from 6-9pm.

Session 1: Throwing the forms
Session 2: Trimming
