Small Group Fitness Training for Tweens+Tween (10-18 Years)
In Person. Experience the positive impact of exercise on the body and mind. Join this small-group personal training program to build strength and stability, improve balance, increase stamina, and more! We'll use our state-of-the-art facility with a JCC personal trainer. Cohorts are formed by gender identity, or come with a group! Each group must have at least three to run.
This fee includes 8 sessions between the weeks of Sept 18 and Nov 18. Groups are formed based on age and availability by our personal training team and may be on days other than Monday. Once you register and closer to the start of classes the personal training team will be in touch to match you with an appropriate training group at a convenient time for you!
