[IN PERSON] Yoga for Back Health 101 Section 2
In Person. If you have back pain or are concerned about its recurrence, learn how to lengthen your spine, develop the strength and mobility to maintain healthy functioning, and change habitual patterns. Modern pain science points to back pain as a biopsychosocial phenomenon, so we will use yogic techniques to help increase your resilience to stress. This series is specifically designed for those with a variety of spine issues—including herniation, sciatica, and scoliosis—who have been cleared by their medical provider to participate in a yoga program.
Class size limited to 12.
