In Person at JCC Harlem. Baby class (expectant moms, newborn and up) – we’ll set the foundation for early language development and grown-up/child bond through songs, stories, and daily routines.
Sign language support will be a key element in this class in addition to social support and active learning in a way that feels natural. Repetition will be important! Not sure which class is best for you? ASK – Leah is happy to help guide you – or sign up for the time that works best for your family. You’ll learn and have fun in either one!

Can't do the full season? Drop-in for $35 per class with a valid credit/debit card.

Leah is a speech and language pathologist (SLP) who prioritizes language and communication. She earned her master’s degree at Gallaudet University, and is proficient in American Sign Language. Leah has worked with individuals throughout the lifespan, focusing on needs such as safe swallowing, speech development, and language acquisition. She joins our team to support our goal of developing language, while enriching each class with her unique expertise. In addition to providing our signature sign and song class and other special programs, Leah can offer information about SLP services.
