In Person. Get consistent results and gain fitness confidence. Join this small-group personal training program to build strength, stability, improve balance, increase stamina, and decrease the likelihood of falls. Focus on functional movements such as squatting and getting up and down out of chairs and from the floor. Familiarize yourself with inspiring, motivational, and fun workouts. We utilize dumbbells and your body weight to improve posture and strengthen your core and limbs. Push, pull, reach, and empower yourself to be the most fit, agile, and mobile you’ve ever been. Class size limited to four–six participants.
