Continue your progress from our Beginner 1 Swim Clinic or join us if you meet the prerequisites below. In this clinic we will continue to build on our rudimentary knowledge of freestyle and backstroke as we are well on our way toward mastering those skills. This class will focus on precision and efficiency in each stroke as well as breath control, while continuing to emphasize important water safety skills.

Prerequisites: Swimmers must be comfortable fully submerging, and have learned the foundations for flutter kicks and pulling
