In Person. This fellowship will provide a deep dive into mental health concerns and mental wellness. Sessions will explore mental health diagnoses and red flags, substance use disorders, identity, diversity and belonging, stigma, and inclusion, healthy relationships with technology and social media, healthy friendship and romantic relationships, resilience, faith and spirituality, and self-care. Participants will be certified in Teen Mental Health First Aid. With staff support, participants will develop and implement a mental wellness event or program at the JCC, or within their community (school, faith-based community, apartment building, youth group, camp). Teens participating in the full series will receive a Certificate of Completion as a Teen Mental Wellness Advocate.

Fellowship meets on Oct 10, Nov 7, Nov 14, Nov 21, Dec 5, Dec 19, Jan 9, Jan 16, Jan 23, Feb 27, Mar 13, April 24.
