Join Joan Nathan, celebrated as “the grand dame of Jewish cooking” (The New Yorker) discussion her updated classic, The Children’s Jewish Holiday Kitchen. Originally published in 1995, this cookbook has been a family favorite for Jewish holiday cooking. Now, nearly 30 years later, Nathan revives this beloved book, now titled A Sweet Year: Jewish Celebrations and Festive Recipes for Kids and Their Families, for a new generation, adding a variety of new recipes.

Joan Nathan is a frequent contributor to The New York Times and other publications. She is the author of twelve books, including Jewish Cooking in America and The New American Cooking, both of which won both the James Beard Award and the IACP Award, and King Solomon’s Table, which won an IACP Award and a Gourmand World Cookbook Award. She shares her time between Washington, DC, and Martha's Vineyard.
