Together, we will enter the world of positive psychology and the mystical masters to learn strategies for resilience, optimism and flourishing. The science of happiness and wisdom of the Jewish tradition align to open gates of inner-peace and balance.
Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, Ph.D., MSW, was ordained by the Seminario Rabinico Latimoamericno in Buenos Aires, where he also received a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He received an MA in Rabbinic Literature and a Doctorate in Jewish Philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary. He is a graduate of the Social Work School at Adelphi University, NY. He has certifications in executive coaching, personality type theory, positive psychology, and spiritual entrepreneurship from Columbia University Business School. He specializes in how spiritual traditions can integrate the principles of well-being fostered by Positive psychology.
