Registration Tips

A current, active JCC membership is required in order to participate in member registration and receive discounted member rates. If you would like to check the status of your account or join as a member, please call JCC Membership at 646.505.5700.

Please make sure you're able to log in to your web account. If you're a member, please make sure that (a) you can log in without issue; (b) when you add a class to your shopping cart, member pricing is displayed. Please also make sure all members of your family are listed on your account and if this is not the case, please contact JCC Membership at membership@mmjccm.org. 

If you have trouble signing up online once registration opens, please email boxoffice@mmjccm.org and a registration associate will be able to assist you within 24 hours. Please note that a spot in the program is not guaranteed while an item is in your cart; you must complete the checkout process.

If you have JCC credit you would like to use, but still want to guarantee a spot, please register online first, and then email boxoffice@mmjccm.org to request credit use. We will be able to retroactively apply your credit, and refund you the difference.
