[VIRTUAL] Yoga for PD
In Person + Virtual. Blending seated and standing Yoga postures (with support as needed), breathwork, meditation, and qigong, this practice will encourage relaxation, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Discover techniques that can transfer to activities of daily living for a more calm, centered, daily experience. All levels welcome.
