In Person. Get outdoors and gain a fresh perspective on the environment around you. Research shows that exercises such as awe walks increase well-being, support the immune system, and help broaden our view of the world.
Please note that we will walk or stand for approximately 60-90 minutes on mostly flat trails, with some steps and occasionally uneven ground. The approximate distance covered is less than a mile. All levels of fitness are welcome. We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the season. Meeting locations on the Upper West Side are shared a week before the class.

Jennifer Groves is a life and career coach specializing in positive psychology. In addition to coaching individuals, she is dedicated to facilitating well-being on a large scale in schools, organizations, and communities. She was a teacher and school leader for more than 20 years.
