This 8-week support group is open to any adult who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the
last 5 years, their care partners and adult family members.  Led by Judy Margolis, MSW, this group will cover the following topics:

Session 1: What’s Next After Diagnosis (Tuesday, October 8)
Session 2: Medication Management of Parkinson’s Disease (Tuesday, October 15)
Session 3: Importance of Exercise in PD (Tuesday, October 22)
Session 4: Dealing with Physical Symptoms of PD (Tuesday, October 29)
Session 5: Impact of Parkinson’s on Daily Coping and Relationships (Tuesday, November 5)
Session 6: Tips for Daily Living (Tuesday, November 12)
Session 7: Caring for Others, Caring for Yourself (Tuesday, November 19)
Session 8: Building Your Healthcare Team (Tuesday, November 26)

Guided by experienced professionals in a supportive, relaxed environment.
