Fall Fitness + Wellness Open House

Join us in person or virtually for this free day of fitness and wellness. Learn from top health experts on topics such as brain health, nutrition, clutter clearing, and reclaiming your health. Sample fitness classes from yoga to dance, interval training, Pilates, and Nia, or try a spin class. Get tips on maintaining balance and alignment in our Fall Stop...Move Strong, Balance and Bones, tai chi, and Alexander Technique offerings.

Stop by our lobby for an assessment with a personal trainer, learn about JCC membership, and get a massage. Take a painting class and then stay for an end-of-day film Key Bags Names Words, followed by Q+A with director Cynthia Stone.

Pre-registration strongly recommended. Walk-ins welcome.
