Fall Stop...MOVE STRONG is a nationally recognized fall prevention program that helps keep older adults active and safe in their homes and communities. It is evidence-based and doctor-recommended. Developed in New York City, its published research was conducted by The Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mt. Sinai Hospital. These joyful fitness/education classes target all major muscle groups, increasing strength and improving flexibility, reflexes, and most of all, balance. Fallstoppers gain vitality and confidence, and have FUN!
