Volunteering is an important component of the JCC experience. Through a variety of programs, tweens and teens can help repair our world and strengthen our local community alongside their peers. There are many opportunities to give back at the JCC and throughout New York City!

Mitzvah Mondays: Do you want to regularly make a difference in your community? Join us for a tween-focused program that combines a hands-on community service project with Jewish service learning. We offer different projects each month, such as creating paintings for a local senior center, making sandwiches for food pantries, and more. Register hereFor tweens.

Literacy + Math Tutoring: Join us to demonstrate your commitment to reducing learning loss and closing the opportunity gap among New York City's schoolchildren. Tutoring takes place onsite at partner schools during the school day, after school, and early evening. Learn more hereFor teens.
