Support Groups at the JCC

Support Groups

Our Network of Support

Support programs are funded by the City Council of New York.

Family support programs are made possible, in part, with support from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the New York City Council Autism Initiative, and the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. ATHelp is made possible with generous support from the Omer Foundation and the J.E. & Z.B. Butler Foundation.

For People with Cancer and Their Families

The cancer care at the JCC program is based on the four pillars of health: MOVE, RESTORE, NOURISH, and CONNECT. All of our programs are based on scientific findings of the importance of a plant-based diet and regular exercise in easing the side effects of cancer treatment and boost healing.

Continuously forming groups include the loss of a parent, sibling, spouse/partner, and adult child.

Groups are held virtually over Zoom.
