Calling tweens and teens (10-14*) of all fitness backgrounds! Interested in getting moving but not sure what to do or where to start? Join us for the first ever JCC FUNctional Fitness Club created for you with international fitness pro Steve Feinberg.
Join Steve online for a live interactive FUNctional fitness 30 minute virtual workout three different times during the week (Sundays at 2:15pm or Tue and Thu at 5:15pm). You can try one, two or all three live workouts each week OR you can access the three weekly recorded workouts on your phone/ipad/laptop at your convenience.

Participating in FUNctional Fitness will increase your physical literacy, build fundamental movement skills, and establish life-long, healthy living habits. You will be amazed at how much fun it is to learn rhythmic, uplifting movement patterns that will help you feel coordinated and confident in a fun and accepting environment.

Tuesdays, 5:15-5:45pm

$12/ $15 per class

Join the club house for $39.99 per month and get classes on demand.
