Join our gifted meditation teachers every weekday morning and four afternoons a week in our beautiful Makom space for gentle instruction, sitting practice, and Q&A. No registration necessary. Free for all, but contributions suggested ($5 per session).

Please note that there is no meditation on national or Jewish holidays and remember that Jewish holidays begin the evening before.
