The foods that we eat have an effect on the overall health of our brains. As we age it becomes more imperative that we consume those foods that will help strengthen and repair our brain cells and protect us against cognitive decline. In these monthly  cooking lessons, we will prepare brain-boosting dishes with chef instructor Jennifer Abadi from the comfort of our own kitchens! An ingredient list will be emailed to participants prior to each session.
