This workshop combines learning with a light workout, which can be done from the floor or a chair. Join us to learn pelvic floor exercises that can prevent stress incontinence; deep breathing and related exercises to reduce anxiety; ways to activate the deepest core muscles to minimize back pain from constant Zooming; and exercises to strengthen and stretch calf muscles, essential for pumping the lymphatic system and building immunity. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
