Alyssa Rocco, Life Coach + Caroline Kohles, JCC Director Health and Wellness

Join Alyssa and Caroline for an interactive and provocative look at the root cause of our collective pain and suffering: lying! With humor and compassion, Alyssa and Caroline will explore the "dark side" of human behavior and the ways in which we hide, isolate and avoid our feelings to provide a pathway to light and freedom with specific and concrete tools to help people achieve connection to our wildest dreams.

Alyssa Rocco is a Life Coach and spent the last 10 years with The Handel Group (HG),  a corporate consultant and life coaching company, where she met Caroline and teamed up to help people confront their "dark" side. Alyssa is on a mission to create positive change in the world. After spending nearly a decade in the biotech industry where she participated  in the launch of successful life changing medicines for Cystic Fibrosis and Hepatitis C, she changed careers to become a Life Coach, transformed the dynamic in her family, learned how to date honestly, navigated addiction, and learned how to create and maintain great relationships in her life. Alyssa grew up in Boston and has degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the Massachusetts School of Psychology. She is also a dancer and practices the 5 Rhythms dance technique. She currently  lives in Los Angeles.
