Utilizing water as a form of resistance training, you will increase joint mobility to build strength and stamina for life on land.
Requirements:
• Able to enter pool deck and pool with minimal assistance
• Able to walk forward, backward, and sideways while supported in water
• Comfortable in 4 feet-deep water
