Join us for this four week specialized group as we explore the complexities of co-parenting young children post pandemic. Hosted by Marcella Kelson, parental wellness expert we will explore various approaches to communication within couples, common pitfalls, and applicable tools that will feel both validating and empowering.

Session One: The Mental Load, loneliness and frustration within the parenting dynamic

Session Two: Practical challenges, delegation and effective responsibility allocation

Session Three: Communication styles, common pitfalls and rules for difficult conversations

Session Four: Scripts, Goals and Results

Marcella Kelson is a parental wellness expert. She believes in the importance of validating and normalizing all parental experiences through honest conversations. Her practice and method focuses on actionable strategies to help women feel supported in their personal lives, relationships, careers, and community—while also feeling fulfilled and confident in their parenting roles.


Marcella holds master's degrees in psychoanalytic developmental psychology, from University College London,  and social work, from New York University, specializing in children and families. Prior to launching her practice in 2017, Marcella practiced child and adolescent psychotherapy at various institutions, including Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
