Warm up this fall with a monthly cooking series featuring the celebrated Chef AJ, who will present entertaining culinary demonstrations with recipes from her new book, Own Your Health. Discover quick tips to fortify your health and make breakfasts, lunches, and dinners full of flavor. Learn Chef AJ's principles of healthy eating for weight loss or to prevent or overcome chronic illness. Take home delicious, easy-to-make nutrient-dense recipes that offer comfort while curbing your cravings. All registrants will receive access to recording that you can replay later at any time!

Chef AJ has been devoted to a plant-exclusive diet for over 40 years,which she credits with helping her to lose 100 pounds. A popular vegan chef, she is the host of the television series Healthy Living with Chef AJ, which airs on Foody TV. She served as the executive pastry chef at Santé Restaurant in Los Angeles, where she was famous for her sugar, oil, salt and gluten free desserts.A comedian as well as a chef, she has made appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, and more. She is the author of Unprocessed: How to Achieve Vibrant Health and Your Ideal Weight and The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss: A Revolutionary Approach to Conquer Cravings, Overcome Food Addiction and Lose Weight Without Going Hungry. Her latest book, Own Your Health, was released in October 2020.
