Get consistent results and gain fitness confidence. Join this small-group training program to build strength and stability, improve balance, increase stamina, and decrease the likelihood of falls. Focus on 3D functional movements such as squatting and getting up and down out of chairs and from the floor. Familiarize yourself with inspiring, moticational, and fun home workouts over Zoom. We'll use water bottles as dumbbell weights and the weight of your own body to improve posture and strengthen muscles of your core and limbs. Push, pull, reach, and power yourself to be the most fit, agile, mobile you've ever been.
