Join us for a four week group series created specifically for women who entered motherhood during Covid-19. Though the transition into motherhood already comes with it's fair share of stress, anxiety, joy, and loneliness- Covid meant that many mothers could not utilize their community to receive much needed emotional support, attention, and care. This group is a space where we can reflect on and unpack this uniquely challenging moment to enter Motherhood.

Sessions will be facilitated by Marcella Kelson, but the format is open-ended and conversational.

Week 1: Birth stories/postpartum experiences

Week 2: Identity loss & confusion in early parenthood & Covid

Week 3: Co-parenting challenges in Covid

Week 4: Family dynamics & impact of Covid on extended family
