This class will be conducted virtually. A link for the virtual classroom will be sent to you ahead of the class.

Healing has been defined as the process of attaining wholeness and bringing the mind, body, and spirit into balance. During these troubled times, our lives often feel fragmented, isolated, out of balance, and out of control.

Over the centuries, ancient wisdom traditions across the globe have evolved healing rituals and practices, including meditation and other contemplative practices, that can help relieve suffering and promote a sense of wholeness and well-being.

This interactive, informative, and experiential weekly event will offer meditative and mind-body practices from diverse traditions, along with current research on the role of meditation in helping us cope with the stress, anxiety, and the overwhelmingness of living life today.

For experienced or beginning meditators of all ages.

Led by longtime meditation teacher and mind-body practitioner Sheldon Lewis.
