In this eight-week group program we'll first discover your emotional eating triggers,  the "why" for your current eating behavior. Then we will  create new, enjoyable, healthy behaviors to replace eating comfort foods as a coping mechanism. This is the how of creating and sustaining new, emotionally healthy eating habits. Learn how a change in your mindset can result in permanent weight loss and receive support in a group setting as well as during a 30-minute individual coaching session. An optional private Facebook group is available, as isan opportunity to connect with an accountability partner in the group. Jim McNerney is a Mind-Body Eating Coach specializing in helping people put an end to binge eating and compulsive emotional eating. He combines his Mind-Body Eating expertise with positive psychology, a research-based branch of psychology that studies the nature and causes of genuine happiness and success.
