Join JCC 20s + 30s for an evening of essential self-care for essential workers, focusing on resiliency and reducing burnout. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from three selfcare electives: kickboxing, meditation and mindfulness, and art therapy. Participants will all be entered in  an exciting raffle as well! This event is exclusively for essential workers, frontline healthcare personnel, teachers, and client-/customer-facing employees.

Kickboxing by Steve Feinberg

With over 22 years of industry experience, Steve is well known for running programs at, and developing programming for, universities, schools, flagship hotels, celebrity trainer stints, and community associations, with examples like Equinox, Chelsea Piers, JCCs, NAC, the Mandarin Oriental, PS 6 elementary, Marymount HS, Harvard fitness center, Princeton fitness and wellness center, Columbia University, NYU, Francis Parker K-12 Chicago, SCLA, Lakeshore Sport and Fitness, Gravittan, Elixia, Pfitzenmeier fitnessdtudios, Holmes Place, and many other studios.  He is a former director/lead instructor of a martial arts school chain, has starred in, and developed the programming for, the HIPBOX cardio boxing digital/DVD workout, as well as its online instructor training program, and also the Martial Combos workout for the CARDIO KARATE fitness infomercial and 60-day body transformation system. Steve created Shadow Do, a premier cardio martial arts brand in NYC. He was a competitive amateur fighter, a conditioning coach for professional world and regional champions, 2nd assist professional cornerman, head coach to a NYC tournament champion, and author of the SCW fitness boxing certification.
