Cancer Care @ the JCC
The cancer care at the JCC program is based on the four pillars of health: MOVE, RESTORE, NOURISH, and CONNECT. All of our programs are based on scientific findings of the importance of a plant-based diet and regular exercise in easing the side effects of cancer treatment and boost healing.
Created in partnership with Alison Estabrook, M.D., a nationally recognized breast cancer surgeon, this innovative program is designed to share the latest in medical information while also bringing complementary health and wellness programming to those living at risk of and/or impacted by breast cancer.
